Since the publication of their first novel in 2016, sisters Katharine and Elizabeth Corr have gone on to co-write another six YA fantasy novels, encompassing contemporary witchcraft, fairy tale retellings, high fantasy, and Greek mythology. Their first trilogy, The Witch’s Kiss, was re-released by OpenRoad Media in 2024. Their most recent novel is Queen of Gods, the second half of the House Of Shadows duology, is published by Hot Key Books in the UK and by Candlewick Press in the US as Daughter of the Underworld, a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection. They both live in Surrey with their families and are very grateful for cloud-based technology; if they had to physically write in the same room, it would definitely end badly.

Praise for Daughter of Darkness

“Steeped in blood, betrayal and mysticism, this is a deliciously dark retelling of legendary proportions – a book of smart, savage beauty that kept me reading long into the night”
 — Josh Winning, author of The Shadow Glass, Burn the Negative and Heads Will Roll
“Rich with mythology, this twisty adventure spins a new story from old – one that will leave you breathless, broken and desperate for more”
 — Bex Hogan, author of the Isles of Storm and Sorrow
